Christine Campbell

Owner of C.Campbell Agency/Bookkeeper/Business Consultant

Christine Campbell is the founder and owner of C Campbell Agency, an online bookkeeping company, and Christine Campbell Profit Coach, where she supports entrepreneurs. Christine’s mission is to help business owners reach their full potential through bookkeeping, financial education, and profit coaching. She is passionate about entrepreneurs turning concepts into profit.

Christine envisions building a company that not only serves businesses’ financial needs but also reflects her values of life-work balance, customer service, and community involvement. Her diverse experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, and advocacy has equipped her with a broad understanding of running a business,

In 2014, Christine launched C.Campbell Agency, fulfilling her dream of working with her daughters, Chelsy and Crystal, who have since joined the company. Under her leadership, the agency has grown into a team of women who provide essential bookkeeping services, including financial tracking, budgeting, payroll, and reporting. Known for its personalized approach, C.Campbell Agency helps clients achieve both business and personal goals. Christine, recognized as an Elite Pro Advisor for QuickBooks Online and a member of the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada, has positioned the company as a trusted name in the industry.

As the business expanded, Christine launched Christine Campbell Profit Coach, specializing in profit coaching for female entrepreneurs. Through this, she offers tools and guidance to help women turn ideas into profitable businesses, fostering financial independence. Her innovation led to the creation of Know Your Numbers, a 21-day online program that teaches business owners about their financial dynamics, helping them understand their "Money Personality" and "Secret Money Scripts" and how these affect decisions.

Christine is deeply involved in her community. She has served as Chair of the Squamish Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director of the Downtown Squamish Business Improvement Association, Board Member of the Inside Edge Knowledge Association, and Founder of the Squamish Business Mentors Group. 

Her leadership prioritizes life-work balance, open communication, and recognition for her team. Christine’s forward-thinking approach includes a four-day work week and profit-sharing initiatives that promote both employee well-being and company sustainability.

Christine’s journey reflects resilience, vision, and a commitment to empowering others. Her ability to transform challenges into opportunities makes her a leader in both entrepreneurship and community advocacy.

Chelsy Campbell

Account Manager

After earning her Certification in the Administrative Assistant Business Program at Vancouver Community College, Chelsy entered the business world, bringing with her a passion for structure and efficiency. At C.Campbell Agency, she specializes in operational strategy and workflow optimization, ensuring seamless collaboration between the team and their clients.

Chelsy regularly develops and implements systems that improve productivity and client experience. Notably, she created a streamlined document collection process that increased client participation from 45% to 70%. She also manages the company newsletter, helps create and plans social media content, and analyzes data to identify growth opportunities—all while keeping the team aligned with their goals. Her adaptability and forward-thinking approach help the agency stay ahead in an ever-changing industry.

Chelsy’s commitment to professional growth has taken her to events like QBO Connect in Las Vegas, where she attended workshops and learned from industry leaders about running efficient bookkeeping businesses.

Now based in Vancouver, Chelsy balances her professional focus with a vibrant personal life. When she’s not optimizing workflows or strategizing for growth, you’ll find her mastering aerial silks, exploring new skills like somatic healing, astrology, or reconnecting with nature—always seeking inspiration to grow, create, and connect.

Crystal Campbell

Senior Bookkeeper/Data Tech

Crystal is a Senior Bookkeeper with over 8 years of experience and is known for her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. These qualities enable her to consistently enhance efficiency and streamline processes in everything she does. Crystal brings fresh ideas and energy to C.Campbell Agency, where she plays a key role in driving success.

Crystal completed her Bookkeeping for Small Business Certificate from the University of Fraser Valley at the top of her class and is certified in Advanced QuickBooks. She is also well-versed in other bookkeeping software, experienced with Point of Sales and Merchant Terminals, and has a strong understanding of the service industry. Additionally, Crystal holds her Dext certification, further expanding her expertise in streamlining accounting workflows.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys volunteering in the community, demonstrating her commitment to giving back. She is always seeking opportunities to further her knowledge and stays up to date with the latest updates to the programs and tools she uses.

Crystal’s keen eye for detail extends beyond her work, as she channels her creativity into personal hobbies, highlighting her diverse skills and continuous pursuit of growth. Crystal's genuine, down-to-earth approach makes her a compassionate and valued team member, benefiting everyone she works with.

Colleen Clarke

Bookkeeper

Colleen has been a valued member of the C.Campbell team for over five years. She holds an Accounting Assistant Certificate from Capilano University and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. She is currently working towards her QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Advanced Certification.

With extensive experience in full-cycle accounting, Colleen has worked as a Junior Accounting Technician and as a Contract Bookkeeper for both small and large businesses. She has experience in forestry and silviculture, with a focus on forest fire suppression across BC, Manitoba, and the Yukon Territory, giving her a solid understanding of the forestry industry.

Colleen specializes in working with construction clients and sales agents, assisting with a wide range of bookkeeping tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and reconciling expense reports, handling job costing, tracking project expenses, managing bank and credit card reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for both operational and tax purposes.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time in the mountains and exploring local lakes and beaches. She’s passionate about yoga, fitness, and loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises.

Cindy Cardiff

Payroll and Projects Specialist

Cindy’s journey with C.Campbell Agency began as a creative endeavor, crafting compelling content for both C.Campbell Agency and Christine Campbell Profit Coach. She played a key role in the development of Christine Campbell’s 21-day online program, Know Your Numbers, which launched in 2024. With a sharp eye for language and visual storytelling, Cindy has contributed to a variety of projects, including social media posts, reels, newsletters, and blogs.

Her meticulous attention to detail led Cindy to take on the role of payroll specialist for many C.Campbell Agency clients. She expertly manages payroll processing, monthly remittances, WorkSafeBC submissions, ROEs, employee onboarding, year-end documentation, and T4 filings. Cindy also holds a QuickBooks certification in Year End: T4 Filing Essentials. She is diligent in organizing paper and digital files, creating efficient systems and spreadsheets along the way.

In addition to her work at C.Campbell Agency, Cindy has owned a photography business since 2006, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. She was an active member of the Squamish community for nearly 20 years and is known for always having her camera in hand. Cindy is in the process of moving to Bluegrass Meadows Micro Village near Terrace, BC, where she’ll fulfill her dream of tiny house living.

Christine delivers excellent work and goes far beyond the expected duties. She is always on time, is very reliable and her work is far above average. She is a real diamond I found to do all our corporate work. She will be an outstanding asset to any organization.
